LINK GALLERY EXHIBITION AGREEMENT

Link Gallery Information
Our Link/Auditorium contact, Patti Podgers, will accept work June 11-13
from 9am to 4pm each day. The exhibit will be installed June 14. Late
submissions will not be accepted for exhibition.
You may pick up a prospectus/intake form at the DCAL meeting on May
28. After that time, the information will be available on the website and at
the venue for you to complete when you drop off your work. Artists may
bring two pieces and are assured of one piece in the exhibit. Please
remember to have your piece(s) properly prepared for display with wire
hangers and labels affixed to the back or bottom of the piece(s). There is a
lockable display case for 3D work in the Link Gallery.
The Link does not sell artist work but does provide a notebook with artist
statements and a listing of works on display with information on how to
purchase items from each artist, so make sure your information is
complete to ensure a buyer can find you. If a piece is sold and must be
taken by the purchaser, it may be replaced by a piece of relatively equal
size and quality.
The opening reception will be June 20th from 6:30 to 8:30 pm with the
exhibit running through August 6th.
Pick up time for your work is August 6 9a to noon. Work must be claimed
by noon, no exceptions. Please be courteous with these parameters so
DCAL may continue exhibiting in this highly visible location.
