Jim Ingwersen's [Studio/Gallery] Farm
2029 Old Stage Road
Sister Bay

Directions: Going north on Rt. 57 turn east[right]
on Old Stage Road.
Go approximately one mile. Ingwersen farm is on
the right hand side of the road BUT there is a
mowed parking area on the left side of the road
specifically for customer parking. Please park in
this area carrying painting materials across the
road to Ingwersen's.

The grounds consist of beautiful gardens and a
number of grey weathered barns and unusual
out-buildings with large shade trees. In my
opinion,Jim and Phyllis Ingwersen have
developed their home over several decades into
one of the truly show place building complexes in
door county. Every view is a treat for the artist's
eye so the subject matter is varied and nearly
endless. So bring your enthusiasm and get ready
to be pleasantly surprised if you haven't been
there before.
Later in the morning we may have an opportunity
to see Jim's studio/gallery. Another unforgetable
and inspirational experience for any appreciative
fellow artist.

plan to complete our work and vacate the
premises between 11 and 11:15 AM.

group, and reminds us that there is ample parking
but NO toilet facilities. She has a large deck off the
back of her home with a spectacular view [high on
the bluff]over looking the harbor and shoreline of
Peninsula State Park. With the early morning sun
this will be a wonderful opportunity for those who
like to paint dramatic vistas

Take Rt 42 south out of Fish creek. Go up the hill
and turn right on Gibraltar Bluff Road[at top of
hill] then, immediately turn right again on Bluff
Circle Road to 4154 on right. Pull all the way into
driveway.
